Communicate and develop strong partnerships with clients, based on human connection, simplicity, and commitment
Manage a range of stakeholders to meet the building’s maintenance and upkeep needs
Identify and resolve human and technical issues related to the buildings
Prepare, maintain, and draft minutes for board meetings and annual assemblies
Provide proactive suggestions and recommendations to the board of directors to support their decision-making
Develop budgets in collaboration with the accountant and the building’s board of directors.
Required Qualifications
A degree in any field
One year of experience in administration, project management, or real estate
Fluency in French (spoken and written)
An intermediate level of spoken and written English is required, as the manager will communicate with English-speaking clients daily to address their inquiries
A degree of flexibility in scheduling to attend Board of Directors or General Assembly meetings outside of regular business hours
