Your main responsibilities

  • Communicate and develop strong partnerships with clients, based on human connection, simplicity, and commitment
  • Manage a range of stakeholders to meet the building’s maintenance and upkeep needs
  • Identify and resolve human and technical issues related to the buildings
  • Prepare, maintain, and draft minutes for board meetings and annual assemblies
  • Provide proactive suggestions and recommendations to the board of directors to support their decision-making
  • Develop budgets in collaboration with the accountant and the building’s board of directors.

Required Qualifications

  • A degree in any field
  • One year of experience in administration, project management, or real estate
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written)
  • An intermediate level of spoken and written English is required, as the manager will communicate with English-speaking clients daily to address their inquiries
  • A degree of flexibility in scheduling to attend Board of Directors or General Assembly meetings outside of regular business hours
  • Proficiency in office software
