Our expectations

We are looking for an employee who listens to the needs of customers and tenants, is organized and rigorous in their follow-up. This service profession requires being available for visits, flexible in your work organization and being able to manage several files at once. You have completed university training, ideally in the field of Real Estate Management, but above all you have a clear interest in real estate. You have a good command of spoken English and French and have perfect written command of one of the two languages. You are comfortable reading legal documents and you are proficient with IT tools.

Your main responsibilities

  • Ensure monthly income entries (PPA, rent collection, in conjunction with the accounting department).
  • Prepare and make bank deposits.
  • Receive requests from tenants, process requests and follow up on them.
  • Handle deadlines for tenant files (agreements, renewals, increases, departures, complaints, etc.).
  • Ensure the good condition of vacant accommodation, propose useful work or renovations.
  • Check the adequacy of the rents offered with market rents.
  • Manage vacant advertising and follow-up to optimize rentals.
  • Provide financial data and management reports to owners.
  • Perform all other related tasks.
